Sweet waiting in the waiting room.
One day, Michael, one of the owners of the Stefany & Vale Patisserie in Casalserugo, calls me expressing interest in refurbishing the chairs in his café. We agree on an appointment, but when I arrive I immediately understand that it will be a challenge: the bar is in full swing and Michael is swamped with customers. I wait patiently for an hour until he finally manages to give me some time. I show him models and finishes, and he seems to appreciate our proposals. I also talk to his sister and his mother, who expresses some doubts about investing in more expensive quality products.
Michael wanted durable chairs, as his previous ones had been ruined in just three years. After a few months of reflection, we spoke again and finally confirmed the order. The complete project was a big surprise: various pouf Dublino, Toronto model armchairs and Lione stools with legs in natural colour and dove-coloured eco-nubuck upholstery, new table tops in HPL and the refurbishment of the existing benches.
An aura of sweet taste and insatiable desire.
Despite the chaos of the Christmas period and maintenance work that made delivery a bit complicated, we managed to keep to the schedule. When we arrived for the installation at the beginning of the year, the site was in full swing: painting, cleaning and an incredible mess. However, we managed to assemble everything and the end result was spectacular.
The new decor has transformed the bakery, making it even more welcoming and functional. Thanks to this project, several regular patrons of the pastry shop in the Euganean Hills noticed the change and contacted us to evaluate our products for their premises in the Euganean Hills.
Michael and his family were very pleased with the result, and we are proud to have contributed to improving the ambience of a place so loved by customers. It was a challenging experience, but in the end, seeing the happiness in the eyes of the owners repaid all the effort.
