Al Nin Hotel & Spa

In the heart of Livigno stands Hotel Al Nin, a project that tells the story of a profound transformation, made up of vision, collaboration, and attention to detail. The project took shape together with the architectural firm BEARprogetti, in the person of architect Enrico Bellotti, who involved us from the early stages of the complete renovation of the structure, then known as the former Hotel Daniela.
The total redevelopment gave rise to Hotel Al Nin – ‘the nest’, as the name suggests in the Livigno dialect – a place designed to welcome guests at every moment of their experience, offering comfort, warmth, and aesthetic continuity in all areas.
The project began with an initial exploratory visit: a meeting with the owners of the property at their home, where we analyzed materials, solutions, and design proposals together with the architect. From that moment on, a shared process of selection and customization began, involving every space in the hotel: from the rooms to the lobby, from the restaurant to the SPA furnishings.

Convivial spaces and versatility

The experioteca was conceived as a flexible and multifunctional space. It features stackable chairs upholstered in velvet in warm hazelnut tones, which are soft and welcoming and can easily adapt to the varying number of guests. The same space also features a lounge area with La Spezia armchairs, coordinated with the same upholstery to create visual continuity and comfort.

The comfort of the rooms

The Amburgo armchair was chosen for the rooms. The velvet upholstery helps to create an intimate and refined atmosphere. Some rooms also feature custom-made Tucson stools for taller desks, personalized in size and coordinated in materials.
The larger relaxation areas feature Santa Monica armchairs, also upholstered in velvet, designed to amplify the feeling of domestic comfort that characterizes the entire project.

Breakfast room and bar

For the breakfast room and bar area, the Miami model was chosen, with econabuk upholstery in delicate shades of sage green, capable of conveying freshness and naturalness. The bar, on the other hand, introduces a more vibrant color note thanks to the Tucson stools, available in both solid orange and with a discreet geometric print, creating a balance between elegance and personality.

The lobby: continuity and hospitality

The lobby is the heart of the hotel and is characterized by the combination of the Chicago and Cardiff collections, two complementary lines that interact harmoniously with each other. The upholstery, coordinated with the adjacent rooms, alternates shades of brown and gray in different tones, while contrasting cushions add dynamism and character. Poufs of different shapes—square, rectangular, and round—complete the space, increasing the flexibility of the seating.

Wellness on two levels

The wellness area, spread over two levels, has been designed to offer a totally relaxing experience. It features single and double loungers from the Rio de Janeiro collection, made of Iroko wood and treated with water-repellent oil to ensure resistance and durability in the humid environments of the spa and pool.
Next to the loungers are customized Santa Monica armchairs, also made of Iroko wood and upholstered with fireproof outdoor bouclé fabrics in shades of white, enriched with blue cushions. A series of low tables completes the area, increasing functionality and comfort for guests.

Certified quality and project management

The entire project was subject to approval, including the complete management of the paperwork necessary to ensure class 1IM fireproof certification. All polyurethanes and coatings, both indoor and outdoor, were made with certified fireproof materials and subsequently approved.
The particularly tight delivery times were met with precision, allowing the furniture to be installed just before the hotel opened. Great attention was also paid to packaging and labeling: each item was delivered already organized by destination, right down to the indication of the individual rooms, greatly facilitating assembly operations (something the owners were very happy about!).

A shared project

Hotel Al Nin is a project of great value to us, combining design, craftsmanship, and service. The satisfaction of the client and the architectural firm confirms the quality of the work carried out, from the choice of products to the strict adherence to deadlines.
This project makes us proud to have contributed to the creation of a place designed to be a true “nest”: welcoming, harmonious, and built around the guest experience.
