The dress does not make... the decor!
At Hotel Isola Bella in Fiera di Primiero, Ms. Antonella and Mr. Paolo are not just customers, but true friends. Our relationship is so affectionate that each project becomes an exciting adventure. In the past, we provided them with Paris armchairs for some rooms, which we never saw in person. Later, a sofa, armchair, and coffee table for a corner of the bar that doubles as a lounge area or bandstand, given the nature of the hotel dedicated to music, art, and wellness.
Recently, they approached us to renovate a room that was almost unused except for a group of regulars who use it for card tournaments. They redid the floors, added wood roofing and columns, and even a fireplace and a nice TV. The challenge was to decide on the type of furniture: high seating for dining and card games, or something more lounge-like.
The room now glows with creativity and passion!
After much deliberation, they fell in love with the Zefiro model, with a swivel seat like the Spin model and legs in natural color, along with the rectangular Detroit coffee tableWe opted for a hammered stretch velvet in shades of cyclamen purple and white. Antonella was a bit apprehensive; purple was a gamble, considering that the hall is gray with petroleum elements. However, we suggested daring to brighten up the room, which tended to be a bit dark.
The result was striking. The armchairs added color and vitality to the hall, completely transforming it. With great taste and creativity, Antonella narrated the layout of the new room in an original way, wearing a dress the same shade as the new armchairs. She shared a story on Instagram, perfectly matching the decor, thus creating the most creative and fun moment of the project!
