A tailoring project between mountain tradition and contemporary design

From our collaboration with Mrs. Emanuela, owner of the Hotel Azola and a client with clear ideas and a dynamic personality, we embarked on a restyling project focused on customization and absolute comfort. We designed and manufactured all the upholstered elements for the new guest rooms and the hotel's relaxation/reading room.

The Rooms: chromatic identity and dedicated textures

The project concept envisaged a strong characterisation of the spaces, differentiating the coverings floor by floor and type by type:

Foreground: For the seats, we chose the Paris model, with Oscar velvet upholstery in a unique shade of light green, which we coordinated with the benches in an elegant mocha brown.

The Rustic Rooms: To evoke an Alpine atmosphere, the choice fell on a classic tartan fabric in shades of green, used both for the Paris armchairs and the benches at the foot of the bed.

The Relaxation Room: enveloping and dynamic comfort

For the reading room, featuring a beautiful mussa (a traditional mountain stove), the goal was to create a welcoming oasis. The Alba and Dafne models were chosen as the key pieces.

We've placed two sofas paired with two Alba armchairs and two Dafne armchairs. The armchairs, thanks to their distinctive spherical base, offer a swivel and gently rocking seat.

The upholstery, however, takes center stage: after careful research to find the perfect texture, we opted for the soft, quilted-effect Teddy fabric on the backrests, available in warm shades of green and ochre. The whole thing was masterfully coordinated with a striped fabric for the seats.

The end result is a warm, welcoming, and aesthetically striking space that fully met the client's expectations and perfectly embodies the philosophy of high-altitude hospitality.
