Improvement proposals for guest comfort

After staying at Hotel Ambiez Family & Wellness for a few days, I felt like sharing some thoughts I had during my stay with the owners.

I remember them complaining about the wear and tear on the real wool upholstery of a number of armchairs in the common areas. Indeed, the formation of the classic micro-pilling of the fabric, due to constant rubbing in the areas most susceptible to friction, gave the impression of sitting on very old and neglected objects, despite the quality of the natural fabric and the quality workmanship.

Protection and warmth in a renewed style.

We've designed a series of modern armchairs that will stand out in a space perhaps too small for them, yet still convey a sense of warmth and protection. The fabric chosen is eco-nubuck, in shades of brown and yellow. Using a fabric printing process, we simulated the visual effect of real wool, avoiding the unpleasant fraying effect over time.

The existing chairs and benches were then custom reupholstered using the same production solution and the Abu Dhabi armchairs (BS630A) were added.
