Scoiattolo Hotel Suites

An elegant renovation at the Hotel Scoiattolo: bold color choices for a welcoming atmosphere.

In the quiet mountain setting of Tesero, the Hotel Scoiattolo stood at an aesthetic crossroads, ready to renovate its common spaces with touches of class and bold colors. This Alpine retreat, which I had the pleasure of furnishing, concealed within its rooms the echo of a formal yet lively dialogue between tradition and innovation.

I was contacted after one of the trade fair exhibitions and a recommendation from a colleague. I was then commissioned to redesign the common room and a corner of the breakfast and lunch room. A dance of shapes and hues began, weaving its rhythm across the hotel's walls. 

The Abu Dhabi armchair (BS630A) was the preferred choice for the common room: six pieces in a vibrant petrol green and six in a deep dark orange, including matching cushions. Tall and majestic, these armchairs dominate the space with their presence, like elegant guardians of convivial moments and relaxation.

For the breakfast/dining room, the "Bruxelles" armchair (BS523A) was crowned the queen of the renovation. Upholstered in a delicate, pastel velvet reminiscent of baby blue, it features a solid-color seat and a backrest adorned with a geometric design, a visual embrace of rounded shapes that harmoniously interacts with the surrounding furnishings.

Thus, at the Hotel Scoiattolo, the new furnishings whisper stories of understated elegance and bold colors, reflecting an atmosphere that is a simultaneous hymn to tradition and innovation.
