The art of making guests feel at home: the new face of the restaurant dining room

Reconnecting with old friends and building new projects together: this is the spirit with which we returned to the Hotel Catinaccio, in the heart of Vigo di Fassa. Already partners with the owner family in furnishing the rooms, we reunited with Cristina, her father Giorgio, and her mother Daniela to breathe new life into the heart of the establishment: the restaurant.

The initial idea was a simple restyling of the existing space, but the desire to offer guests an authentic experience pushed us further. Together, we decided to be bold, transforming the room with our Victoria model: an elegant chair that combines a comfortable embrace with timeless design.

The details that make the difference:

A play of nuances and harmony: To break the monotony and give a warm and welcoming visual rhythm, we dressed the room with two complementary chromatic souls:

Discreet elegance: Light grey backrest paired with a grey-brown seat and finished with contrasting tailored piping.

Mountain Light: Light meadow green backrest — designed to bring the freshness and brightness of nature into the room — combined with the softness of the gray-brown seat.

Natural warmth: Wooden legs with a natural finish, to blend perfectly with tradition and existing wooden furnishings.

The hall's benches were completely custom-upholstered, matching the colors of the seats for a perfectly balanced visual effect. The custom-made work was also completed directly on site for the fixed structures.

We've even calibrated the padding thicknesses down to the last centimeter where necessary, ensuring each guest has the ideal posture and height to enjoy a completely relaxing dinner.

The thrill of the result: Seeing the amazement in the eyes of the owner family and hearing the compliments from guests—who ask in amazement whether the room has been rebuilt from scratch—is our greatest satisfaction. With a targeted intervention, based on listening and passion, we have transformed a space into an experience to be enjoyed and remembered.
