The Encounter and the Vision
We've known Carlotta and Andrea, the owners of Hotel Andreas in Canazei, for a few years. When they expressed a desire to renovate the hotel's restaurant this spring, we immediately knew it was the perfect time to create something special.
Carlotta isn't just a hotelier, she's an artist who creates jewels: for this reason, she already had a clear vision for the future of the room. Our starting point was precisely the color palette she selected: an elegant, refined, and characterful combination of colors. Taking advantage of the room's natural division into two distinct zones, we were able to play with different patterns and hues, creating a unique visual path.
The Intimate Room: The Elegance of Deep Blue
For the secondary room, historically less used by guests, the goal was clear: to enrich it and make it precious, transforming it into a small design jewel.
We wrapped the space in a deep shade of blue, used both for the walls and for the upholstery of the benches, which were completely redone.
To complete the space, we proposed the Zefiro model: an original and characterful chair, with black legs and a soft velvet that perfectly matches the walls.
Around the room's only round table, four Jesolo armchairs stand out. With their rounded shape and ultra-soft orange velvet, they break up the blue, creating a perfectly harmonious chromatic contrast.
The Main Hall: Warmth and Contemporary Tradition
In the main room, the atmosphere changes, welcoming guests with the warm tones of earth and nature: a palette based on olive green and burnt brick red.
For the round tables, the choice fell on the Paris model, whose curved lines blend masterfully with the geometry of the top.
For the rectangular tables we opted for the Merano chair.
Both models were created mainly in the burnt brick shade (also recalled on some walls), while some strategic corners were enhanced by olive green.
The Result: A Perfect Harmony
The project's true strength is its visual continuity: the two rooms can be glimpsed from one another, interacting in perfect overall harmony.
The lighting provided the finishing touch and was the icing on the cake: the new wall sconces, personally selected by Carlotta, enhance every fabric and shade. Carlotta and Andrea were thrilled with the result, and we are proud to have transformed their vision into a splendid reality.
