Reflections of comfort: an epic of cushions in Cortina.

On an ordinary day of catalog distribution in Cortina, fate, with its inscrutable humor, brought me into contact with the manager of a hotel with an attractive and undeniable charm. 

In a formally affable manner, expressing the reserved courtesy typical of five-star environments, he made a rather peculiar request: custom-made cushions, unique and elegant, to adorn the expanses of benches in their restaurant and bar areas.

The cushions, destined to become oases of comfort along the six and five meters of waiting benches, needed to blend harmoniously with the existing furnishings. Thus, immersed in the gray palette, I selected a bold eco-nubuck with a faux loden print that exuded a subtle and refined elegance.

Elegance and practicality in every fold and seam.

Five centimeters thick, a masterful balance between rigidity and comfort, and expertly stitched straps to maintain the integrity of the design. A not-to-be-missed detail: the zipper. Invisible and functional, it allowed the cushions to be removed and washed, preserving their beauty and comfort over time.

The bar, the restaurant, and a discreet lounge on the lower level: each space was bathed in the classy touch of our cushions, in a dance of carefully coordinated colors and fabrics. The final product was a celebration of comfort and elegance, a small, everyday luxury appreciated in every detail by hotel guests and, of course, by the manager, with whom the relationship, always marked by tones of respectful formality, blossomed into a tacit mutual appreciation.
