Cerana Relax Hotel | 2024

Room with a changing view.

At the Hotel Cerana in Madonna di Campiglio, every meeting with Margherita and Daniele is always a pleasure. With them, there's always something new to create every year. We started with the lobby, then moved on to the restaurant, the side sofas at the reception, and even the reception desk. This was followed by the spa loungers and, in the latest delivery, the armchairs for three completely renovated suites. We're currently working on a new project for the rooftop, which will include a spa and three other suites, still being defined.

The six Kaos armchairs we created for the suites were an interesting challenge. Starting from the renderings by architect Alberto Buffolino of AB Interior Design, we noticed that the original armchairs were too large for the available space. So, we created a more compact version, suitable for both comfortable seating and for in-room dining, including lunch, dinner, or breakfast.

A true masterpiece thanks to the abstract fabric.

The real highlight lies in the fabric chosen: a stunning iridescent velvet with an abstract design. Two armchairs are in copper tones, two in platinum, and two in green. The fabric appears to have dewdrops that shimmer depending on the light and angle, lending a touch of magic and character to the rooms. The black legs complete the elegant design.

Margherita was delighted with the result, and we couldn't agree more: these armchairs are a true masterpiece. Had she chosen a different fabric, the effect wouldn't have been the same. It was a pleasure working with them and seeing how, every year, we can contribute to making Hotel Cerana even more special and welcoming.
