A‘'‘pink orchid for guests.

The Hotel Atlantic in Abano Terme is one of those projects I remember with particular fondness. A few years ago, Mr. Matteo Carraro, along with his wife, sister, two daughters, and the entire (truly delightful) family, came to visit us in a small bus. They had decided to completely renovate the lobby, and after meeting us, they entrusted us with the entire project.

We began by choosing the armchairs: two Rainbow Clouds in one corner to add a touch of liveliness, and seven Cloud armchairs with three Cloud sofas in petrol-colored velvet, paired with blush-colored cushions. In the back, we opted for Chicago sofas and armchairs, both in iridescent velvet, in shades ranging from petrol to sage, again paired with iridescent pink cushions. To complete the space, we added several Dublino ottomans in various colors, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.

For the bar area, we added three Austin armchairs in powder blue velvet with dark blue piping, paired with three small tables. The whole thing was a success, despite some production delays. To avoid leaving the lobby empty, we temporarily installed some furnishings from the showroom, creating a curious mix that customers, surprisingly, found fascinating.

We have given new life to the hotel, which now, more than ever, shines with its own light.

The seat height, deliberately higher than the standard (45 cm), was designed to ensure optimal comfort, even for those who have some difficulty getting up.

We opted for the Ticino model, with a dove-gray velvet. The solid-color seat and backrest decorated with a motif reminiscent of a small peacock's tail brought a unique elegance to the space. The bar stools were also reupholstered in the same velvet, ensuring perfect stylistic continuity. The aspect that most inspired me in envisioning this project were the stunning orchids that now elegantly complement the Ticino armchairs.

The entire project has breathed new life into the Hotel Atlantic, transforming its spaces into welcoming and refined spaces, perfect for welcoming guests in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. It's always satisfying to see how attention to detail and a careful selection of materials can make a difference. And when guests, like the Carraro family, are so thrilled with the results, the satisfaction is even greater.
